Scania: Winter Offer

Creative production for Scania, targeting the Baltic markets (Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia). Delivered as a full set of static and video ads, built to spec across social and paid channels.

The brief

Scania needed a winter campaign that could scale across the Baltics without slowing production. The challenge wasn’t just making ads – it was delivering a multilingual asset set fast, across multiple sizes and placements, while keeping product, pricing, and discount messaging consistent in all three markets.

We built a structured production workflow that allowed the campaign to scale without losing control of details.

The rollout included static assets for social and banner placements in square, vertical, horizontal, and carousel formats, alongside animated versions for Meta/Facebook and digital and TV screens. Motion was kept simple and purposeful, ensuring key offer information stayed clear and readable.

Scania received a complete, on-time rollout for all three Baltic markets. The systemized approach reduced feedback loops and kept messaging consistent across sizes, languages, and platforms – without slowing delivery.
