The brief
Monimoto needed a punchy Black Friday campaign that could run across multiple markets without slowing down. It had to grab attention, make pricing crystal clear, and scale fast across currencies, formats, and platforms – all on a tight deadline.
We built a modular system that made ad production quick and repeatable. First, we locked in a strong visual framework to keep offers clear at any size. Then we created four plug-and-play ad types that could flex across markets without losing consistency.
From animated HTML5 banners for Google Display to static assets for Performance Max and Facebook/META, everything was built to spec. We kept localization predictable: one English master approved first, followed by clean regional and language adaptations.
This avoided re-approvals per format and kept production moving without delays.
The marketing team received a complete, scalable Display banner set that launched smoothly across all markets and channels.
