What you will do
You will own high-volume creative delivery across static, video, HTML5, and AI-supported formats.
Your responsibility is not ideation. It is execution at scale.
You will:
- Deliver mixed-format ad creatives from brief to final export
- Maintain high execution standards across speed, accuracy, and reliability
- Apply and improve templates, components, and batch-production workflows
- Flag risks early and handle feedback professionally
- Work closely with Account Managers to keep production predictable and fast
What we are looking for
This role is for reliable ad production operators, not inspiration chasers.
We’re looking for a strong performer with the drive, skills, and mindset to deliver consistently at a high level.
You should be:
- Execution-first and detail-driven – output and accuracy matter
- System-minded – you think in templates, not one-offs
- Direct and accountable – you own outcomes and communicate clearly
- Comfortable with repetition and volume – consistency is a feature, not a bug
- This role is best suited for mid-to-senior designers / animators with prior ad production experience.
